One of my primary tasks at Quilling Card when I was a Junior Designer included developing and creating new card designs. Later as the Senior Designer , I would help ideate concepts, delegate them to the team and manage the production and launch schedule. The below artworks are all ones I illustrated myself. 

One of the largest undertakings was developing standard file saving and management procedures as well as standardizing the production file creation process. I was an integral part in the development of standardized operations for file creation and saving as well as the development of a data merge system for the back copy and slip sheet of each card. This allowed for a more automated process with less room for error and quicker turnarounds.
